The Site provides a free, browser-based calculator that estimates PCR primer properties — including melting temperature, GC content, base composition, GC clamp status, and a starting annealing temperature — together with educational guides. No account is required, and calculations are performed locally in your browser.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, submitting malicious input, scraping content at a rate that degrades service for others, or misrepresenting the Site's output as certified or laboratory-validated data.
